    2. Without control might cause medical conditions:
      1. hypertension
      2. diabetes
      3. stroke
    3. deterioration in parts of the brain
      1. anxious
      2. develop depression
  4. Know your limits
  5. Coping with stress
    1. problems with sleep – physical aspect
    2. problems with mood – emotional aspect
    3. Meditation / Religion
  6. Schedule in breaks – breathing exercises
